Do you make house calls?
All business is conducted in store, we do not make house calls.
How much I can bring in?
We would love to be able to accept an unlimited amount of items from all of our customers, but due to the large quantity of merchandise that we sort through in a day, we are able to accommodate varying amounts of merchandise depending on the season. At most, we can check-in 4 bins* per adult per weekday, and 3 bins per adult on weekends. For quantities more than this, you are welcome to inquire at check-in if there is availability for a large order (defined below).
What is a Large Order?
Orders over the daily bin limit may be submitted as “Large Orders” if space allows. Large orders generally accomedate 8-10 xerox sized boxes of books, and take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to process. “Large orders” bins are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis, we do not accept reservations for “large orders” nor are we able to check to see availability prior to arrival. Upon checking in a large order, our check in clerk will have you fill out a Large Order Contract to allow us to dispose of any items we are unable to accept during the course the evaluation. We will also obtain your mobile phone number and check you in with our text based check-in system. Your party or organization is able to check in one large order at a time, no more frequently than once every 2 weeks. We will text you to let you know when your large order has been completed. Payment pickup for Large Orders must occur within 30 days of completion.

When you bring in merchandise, you have up to three(3) hours from your drop off to pick up any items that we cannot accept or up to three(3) days to claim any trade and/or cash/check/PayPal. We are unable to hold any returns after 3 hours due to the volume of merchandise we process.
